Trustee

The League of Friends is a small charity founded in 1947.

It fund raises for equipment for Crawley Hospitals. This includes Langley Green hospital.

The trustees meet 10 times a year for about an hour. At the meetings Trustees discuss bids from the wards for items they have highlighted as needed.

What skills do I need?

A trustee will need one of more of the skills listed below:

1. Legal or Financial knowledge
2. Knowledge of principles and processes in diversity and inclusion
3. Skills such as team working or negotiation
4. Knowledge of the community or services the organisation provides
5. Enthusiasm and / or ideas for fundraising event

When do I need to be available?

The trustees meet 10 times a year at Crawley Hospital, for about an hour, the second Monday in the month from 12.15-13.15. No meeting in August or December
