Trustee

Olive Tree Cancer Support

We are looking for new Trustees to join our current team of diverse committed individuals who are governing the charity, supporting and advocating its services and, as impact, giving back to our local community. As a Trustee, you will

set the strategic goals and priorities for the charity,

monitor the delivery of our charitable purpose,

be responsible for all aspects of charity governance, policy setting and reporting,

manage charity assets and resources, and

take accountability for charity operations.

A Trustee will also represent the charity at external events.


What skills do I need?

Finance: Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Legal: Understanding of legal requirements and compliance.

Communications: Ability to communicate effectively and engage with the public and stakeholders.

Fundraising: Skills in fundraising and campaign management.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions.

Analytical skills: Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
