Trading Assistant - Crawley Furniture Shop

Our busy furniture shop in Crawley is the central point for all our fantastic furniture and household items. We're particularly looking for people with excellent customer service skills. You will receive donations from supporters, encouraging them to participate in our Gift Aid scheme and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop. This is an invaluable role, supporting our Hospice to maximise donations and raise as much money as possible, to help fund our expert care.

What skills do I need?

Minimum age of 16 (parent/guardian consent and a child employment permit may be required)

Good communication skills, being sociable, cheerful and courteous in all you do

Good level of fitness and mobility - moving equipment and extended time on your feet are all core parts of this role
