Crawley Campaign Against Racism
CCAR was
established in 1976 and has been an active community group ever since.  We want to see the group develop over the
next 12 months to lead the drive against disinformation and actively support
unity work across Crawley.   We need new
members to help make this happen.
Our Aims:

racism in all its forms

Celebrate
our diverse community
· Inform Crawley of the dangers of racism
We are looking for a volunteer to join our committee to support our social media and marketing.
You would be responsible for for creating and managing social media content and promoting the work of CCAR on social channels and other platforms including a newsletter.
 Role:
·        
Planning
and scheduling social media posts across our current channels
·        
Engaging
with followers, other organisations and sharing upcoming events
·        
Staying
up to date with trends and upcoming events
·        
Collaborating
with the committee to share ideas
·        
Monitor
the social channels to create a following and help promote CCAR amongst the community,
stakeholders and other relevant groups.
· Help create a social media strategy that aligns with the objectives of the group
Skills:

verbal and written communication skills

Adaptable

Organised
· Have good understanding of social media and willing to learn more
You will also need to attend monthly meetings with the committee.
