Events Volunteer

FreeShop Crawley is a supermarket providing food, toiletries and baby essentials without any associated costs. We know first-hand how hard life can be, especially as the cost of living is rising seems to be ever-growing. If like so many of us, there is more month than money and you do not know where to turn, we are here ready to welcome you with a friendly smile!

Freeshop Crawley hold events and activities for service users and families throughout the year. They are looking for Volunteers who can support their events on a one-off / irregular basis. This will include helping with arrangements , set up and pack away; and the running of the event with different roles (depending on the event and location). We may also need to fundraise and may have tombolas or raffles or craft activities and will be on an event timetable. 

If you are interested in volunteering ad-hoc this will be the perfect role for you , the Freeshop will provide details with events and you can volunteer at some or all the events throughout the year.

When do I need to be available?

Details

Events will be throughout the year including key dates such as School Holidays , Easter , Christmas and other holidays. This will also include volunteering on the weekends.
